DON’T USE THIS JEWELRY FOR STRETCHING THE EAR LOBES, OR FOR NEWLY STRETCHED OR HEALING EAR LOBES! This jewelry is for experienced wearers with clean, healthy, healed ear lobes only.

DON’T wear the jewelry if you are allergic to acrylic, acrylic resin, or any of their ingredients.

DON’T wear the jewelry while bathing, showering, swimming or sleeping.  Remove the jewelry from the ear lobes before participating in these activities.

DON’T wear the jewelry for long periods of time.  Wear the jewelry for short periods, a maximum of 4-5 hours at a time.

DON’T boil or autoclave your jewelry.  This will damage your jewelry and make it unsafe to wear.

DON’T clean your jewelry with alcohol or harsh chemicals.  This will damage your jewelry. 

PLEASE DO clean your jewelry before and after each use with warm water and antibacterial soap and dry with a clean, soft cloth.

PLEASE DO store your jewelry in a dry place away from heat and out of direct sunlight.

Ear lobe stretching is a body modification technique that requires patience, perseverance, responsibility, and a healthy respect in working with your body. 

Ear lobe stretching can trace its roots to ancient times.  The earliest evidence of ear lobe stretching  dates back as far as  5,300 years.  In addition, the mask of King Tutankhamen featured holes in his ear lobes, as well as the giant statues on Easter Island.

Even though the technique is embraced by Western culture, the founders of Just 4 Lobes noticed that the larger the lobes were stretched, the more limited were the choices of jewelry available.  The founders also noticed that most of the styles for very large lobe holes were very plain, with little or no creativity involved.
